Dr Adam Fitzpatrick is currently a consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at Manchester Heart Centre.
Ian Mawhinney has over 25 year’s experience in the successful commercialisation of new technologies in a wide variety of healthcare sectors. Ian has driven numerous complex medical medical devices through concept generation, design, development and regulatory processes to market introduction and profitability through direct sales and partnering agreements.
Ian brings a wealth of global experience, having established Smiths Medical’s businesses in Asia Pacific and China, Cambridge Consultants’ US Medical Technology business and Plasma Surgical’s Sales and Marketing Organisation own a global basis. Ian is a driven project manager, with a deep understanding of technology who has consistently delivered growth through development and execution of strategic and operation plans.
Mr Adrian Warner

Mr Adrian Warner has fourteen years of experience in commercial clinical trials, covering business development, study feasibility, site selection and planning/delivery. He joined TRUSTECH (the NHS Innovation Service for the Northwest) in 2007 to focus on developing and extending TRUSTECH’s work helping Industry to engage with the NHS, serving the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industries and the NHS research community.
Rosemary has worked in the healthcare market for 30 years, in a wide range of positions with leading companies, including Bayer Diagnostics, Smiths Industries, Nutricia, Provalis Diagnostics, Wockhardt, specialising in rapid point of care diagnostics, diagnostic instruments, medical devices and generic pharmaceuticals. Rosemary has a track record of strategic planning, plan implementation, product launches, brand revitalisations and the creation of business units. She has worked with R&D teams to ensure that product features will be intuitive for customer use, project managing development, and taking the product through to launch.
Rosemary has qualifications in nursing, marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. A successful business consultant and manager with start-up medical device and diagnostic companies, delivering successful funding applications, and working with SMEs consolidate and extend their product portfolio and to drive product development, market launch and generation of sales.
